Terms of Sale

1. All items are sold on a first come, first served basis.

2. Prices are net for 30 days. If the item remains unsold after the 30 days, prices are negotiable, within reason.

3. All items with condition descrepancies are returnable within 7 days after receipt. However, items are priced per condition.

4. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, and are to be arranged with Holabird Associates.

5. Orders may be placed via: Phone, E-Mail, Fax, Mail (but not suggested, as items are subject to availability), in person at our office or at any shows Holabird Associates is in attendance. (In person sales are subject to applicable state taxes)

6. Acceptable payment methods include: Cash, Cashiers Check, Personal Checks (on approval), Visa, MC, American Express (NOTE: all credit cards transactions are subject to a 3% surcharge)

7. All sales are confidential, and no information regarding sold items will be given out under any circumstance.

8. There is NO buyers premium attached to orders in any Holabird Associates Fixed Priced Catalogs.
